Our Hammers & Angels volunteer program is helping local families in need.
Our Hammers & Angels volunteer program allows us to give back to the community in which we live and work. Designed to help local families in need, the program is built around the idea that everyone deserves to live in a place they are proud to call home, regardless of their financial situation.
In recent years, KBPI radio in partnership with Hammers & Angels was awarded the “Best Community Service” event at the Colorado Broadcasters Association awards ceremony.
Extreme Home Makeovers
We partner with KBPI 107.9 Radio and Willie B. each year to conduct an “Extreme Home Makeover” for a randomly selected family in the local Denver area.
Being able to give back to our community in this manner is a very rewarding experience and one that we constantly look forward to.

Willie B Foundation
In addition to supporting the Hammers & Angels program, our President & Owner, Brett Mickelson supports the Willie B Foundation. This remarkable organization, along with Hammers & Angels, goes above and beyond to support less fortunate members of the community by ensuring that they have a roof over their head and reliable means of transportation.
The Willie B Foundation has a passion for refurbishing older and used vehicles and donating them to struggling individuals in need.
